Step out of your everyday routine and into the lush boreal forest of Camp Evergreen. Our facilities and programs can be booked by groups from September through June. Our semi-wilderness environment is perfect for all kinds of getaways: team-building, band and outdoor camps, family gatherings, and church retreats.
Our Director of Hospitality is here to assist you in designing your schedule of activities, meeting rooms, and programming while you’re at Evergreen. Whether you’re here for a retreat or an education-packed camp, our goal is to help you have the best possible experience at camp.

Take your classroom outdoors to experience nature and outdoor education at its best. We specialize in providing adventures and activities your students won’t experience on the playground or in the city. For band camp camps we also offer multiple rehearsal spaces for focused sectional practices.
Enjoy big activities in the wild outdoors. We specialize in providing nature enriched activities for team building, self development and challenging group with new experiences. We have 480 acres of land, multiple fire pits, hiking trails and Fallen Timber Creek all waiting for you to explore. Our unique mix of the outdoors paired with amazing activities like horseback riding, high ropes course or archery creates an unforgettable experience for leaders and youth alike. A weekend at camp builds confidence, strong teams and even stronger friendships. Our fully certified staff will lead activities and work with your leaders to boost your group’s outdoor know-how.
Get away from it all at Camp Evergreen. Whether you are looking for a place to host your family reunion, searching for a unique setting to host your business’ team building, or perhaps the perfect spot for your church retreat, our experienced staff will tailor your retreat to suit the needs of your group. From rest and relaxation to adrenaline and adventure, we have activities that will match the needs of your group.
Camp Evergreen is equipped with a variety of amenities to suit the needs of your group retreat. We have plenty of indoor spaces for rest, relaxation, meetings and games.
The spacious dining room can double as an indoor activity space between meals. Ideal for large groups with access to tables and chairs, projector screen and hospitality station with tea and coffee available all day.
The Activity Centre is our largest indoor area and is built for everything from indoor relay races to full band rehearsals. Ideal for large groups with access to tables and chairs, projector screen and sound set up, large percussion instruments and music stands.
The Heritage Room is a smaller meeting room perfect for your team meetings, knitting or artist groups, or a teacher hang out to grade papers. Ideal for small groups with access to a projector screen, white boards, books and couches to relax.
On the other side of our Heritage Room is our Bouldering room or “Cave” which is equipped with an indoor climbing wall, Foosball & shuffleboard tables and 4” crash mats.
Our general store offers everything from deodorant to Skittles as well as camp souvenirs, clothing and swag.
We can accommodate up to 150 guests in our selection of detached cabins and dorm-style lodge rooms. While you’re welcome to sleep on the ground, all of our accommodations are clean, warm and comfortable!
Our ten newly built cabins can sleep up to 12 persons. A sliding wall can create two smaller rooms or leave it as one big room. Bunk beds can accommodate both adults and youth/children.
For a more rustic experience, our traditional cabins can accommodate 6 persons in bunks and will keep you nice and cozy while still providing a nostalgic outdoor experience.
Our dorm-style rooms are located in the upper floor of the Lodge. These rooms are conveniently located with the dining hall downstairs and washrooms down the hall.
We are excited to offer our newest camping experience for families. Our two authentic Mongolian yurts can sleep up to 5 people and are heated with wood stoves to keep you warm.
Our Food Services Director Justin Willms is convinced he can change your mind on what you consider camp food to be like! He plans every menu with a lot of heart and a whole lot more home-cooked goodness. Dietary allergies can be accommodated with advance notice.
