about Roughin' It
Roughin' It camps are available for students entering grades 3-8. Our Roughin' It camp - a tee pee site on a picturesque, creek-side corner of Evergreen's property - is close by ... but it's far enough away that it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere!
Campers, you'll have the opportunity to hike up the main site each day for activities including trail rides, the climbing wall, the zip line and canoeing but you'll also have to chill. Roughin' It boasts a relaxed schedule that leaves time for the simple things: cooking over an open fire, catching frogs, listening to the coyotes yowling in the middle of the night, building forts, and swimming in the creek.
Our Roughin' It leaders will lead Bible-based devotionals around the fire in the evenings.
