Policies

• Use of facilities is by reservation only.
• All prices are subject to change.
• All prices include G.S.T.
• Camp Evergreen reserves the right to double book groups.
• Please do not bring pets to Camp.
• Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on Camp property.
• A restricted smoking policy is in effect.

A reservation/damage deposit of $100/day will confirm your booking. This deposit will be refunded, in whole or in part, pending assessment of any damages and the condition of the Camp facility after guest departure.

If a booking is cancelled within 90 days of the reserved dates, the rental group will be charged 50% of the expected attendance numbers according to the terms of the contract. If, upon arrival, the registered guest numbers are less than originally booked, the charge will be a minimum of 80% of the original booking or the calculated actual total, whichever is the greater.
