Policies

• Use of facilities is by reservation only.
• All prices are subject to change.
• All prices are subject to G.S.T.
• Camp Evergreen reserves the right to double book groups.
• Please do not bring pets to Camp.
• Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on Camp property.
• A restricted smoking policy is in effect.

A reservation/damage deposit of $100/day will confirm your booking and will be mailed to you in part or in whole pending assessment of damages and condition of Camp after departure. If cancellation occurs, your deposit is neither refundable nor transferable to another date.

If cancellation occurs within 90 days of the retreat, your group will be charged 50% of the expected attendance according to your contract. Regardless of numbers in attendance, there will be a minimum charge of 80% of total numbers booked.
