Camp Evergreen AGM 2022

Come Celebrate with us!

Honestly, our AGM is a celebration! God is so good and we love to take the time to share in the goodness that we've experienced in 2021 and 2022. It's also a time for our Board to share where we're headed. Plus there's camp give-aways, snacks, ice cream, and supper if you attend in-person. If you plan on joining us online - just make sure you plan on ice cream!

Why attend our AGM?

• Because we need you! We are a society and therefore, required to have members.  Our members make decisions for the camp at our AGM and are responsible for selecting our Board of Directors, who give strategic leadership for the camp.
• Because you love and want to support camp. Our members love Camp Evergreen and are invested in supporting the life-changing ministry that is camp. Becoming a member means joining a multi-generational community of people who love Evergreen deep in their bones. Membership does cost $20/year. Those fees go directly into our Campership Aid Fund that helps families financially afford camp.

There is no work involved other than attending our AGM and voting...unless you would like to be involved - and if that's the case, there are committee opportunities, volunteer opportunities, and more.

Why does each person need to register? What happens with the membership fees? 

Due to Society Act rules, you need to be a registered member to vote. And we love our members! So even if you're two people watching online together, please register as separate voters! The membership fees go directly towards our Campership Aid Fund which helps families afford camp. Isn't that awesome? Become a member AND send deserving kids to camp! 

Registration, Program, and Voting

For our AGM this year, we are asking you pre-register and pay your member fee ($20) BEFORE May 1st. On the morning of our meeting, we will be emailing out the Zoom Meeting link with instructions on how to join. Only participants who have paid their membership fees may vote.
