WinterFest Family Camp

Our Family Camps are an amazing way to get away from the city or your daily life and get outside. It's a fantastic time to meet new families, play in our amazing wilderness setting, and experience camp together.

When: February 16-18, 2024 Check in Friday evening and wrapping up on Sunday after lunch.

What is it?: Winterfest Family Camp is a 2 night Camp designed specifically for families. There is time to relax, try out our exciting activities and games, or just rest and enjoy the property. Family camp includes wide games, fireside, chapel times, worship through music, skating, snowshoeing, and all of our amazing activities. Come connect with other families, explore creation and grow in your faith.

Activities: : Our staff will be leading all of our activities throughout the weekend. You will be able to drop in and participate in Trail Rides, Archery, Zipline, High Ropes, Climbing Wall, Hatchet Throwing, Skating, Sledding and More! Don’t forget about wide games, and JUG & JOG for the whole family to participate in.

Accommodations: You can either choose to stay in one of our cabins or in a lodge room in the main lodge building. The cabins facilities are heated, have electricity and contain 6 or 12 bunks. They do not have running water or a wash-room in the cabins. Not to worry though as our washroom facility/shower house is located only a short distance from any cabin.

Food: Camp Evergreen has an excellent kitchen team to provide all meals & snacks throughout the weekend. Please ensure to indicate on your registration form if you have any specific dietary needs and rest assured that our experienced chef will be able to provide the food that’s right for you. At Evergreen we value being able to gather together and connect in the dining hall over meals and the cost for meals is included in your registration. You are welcome to bring your own snacks but please keep in mind that we are a nut aware facility. Cooking stoves and the like are not permitted to be used inside the cabins.

What to Bring: Accommodations do not include bedding so be sure to bring your sleeping bag/blanket and pillow. You will also want your toiletries along. Bring your Bible and Notebook for our programs. It’s wise to prepare for any weather as it can change pretty quickly around here. Additional items you may want to consider bringing are boards games, skates and toboggans! Finally don’t forget to invite your FRIENDS along!

Pets: Please do not bring your pets along with you.

2024 Family Camp Pricing Structure (Prices do not include GST)   

There is a base charge for accommodations for the two nights,

• 1 Room of a Large Cabin - $48

• Large Cabin (2 Rooms) - $96

• Small Cabin - $60

• Lodge Room - $48

Then add your family members up:

• Adult - $100

• Child (5-17) - $60

• Child (0-4) – Free

Campership Aid & Payment Plans: We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to attend camp. Campership Aid is available for those who can not afford the cost of camp. If you would like to apply for campership aid please contact main@camp-evergreen.com or indicate it on your registration. We have Payment Plans available. Simply contact our office and create a payment plan that allows you to spread the cost of camp over up to 5 months.
