Guest Group Manual

Thank you for choosing Camp Evergreen as the site for your upcoming retreat! We look forward to having you visit us and trust that, together, we can make your stay with us both enjoyable and encouraging.

We strive to treat every visitor equally no matter their faith, serve every guest joyfully, and show every group respect. In turn, we ask those coming to Camp be respectful of our staff and beliefs.

Founded in 1963, Camp Evergreen is a charitable organization, associated with the Alberta Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches. We provide semi-wilderness camping opportunities on our 480 acres of gorgeous foothills forest just 14 kilometres south of Sundre, Alberta.  We strive to grow kids and youth - spiritually, mentally, socially, physically, wholly - cultivating confidence, facilitating courage, and equipping leaders among our campers, guests and staff, all while having fun and using God's creation as a key tool!

Mission: Camp Evergreen is a place for all to connect, explore, and grow. We exist to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus.

Vision: Camp Evergreen is a year round camp invested in creating amazing spiritual, educational, and recreational outdoor experiences. We value outreach, community, leadership, stewardship, and partnership in all we do.
