Family Camp is a long weekend away with the people you love—filled with family games, fireside moments, trail and pony rides, zip lining, canoeing, and more. It’s going to be amazing!

At the heart of Family Camp is our Christian faith. Throughout the weekend, we gather for chapel sessions, hear from an inspiring speaker, worship together through music, and create space for families to encounter God in meaningful ways.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to step out of the busyness of life, meet new families, enjoy God’s creation, and experience camp in a way that nurtures both faith and family.

Summer’s End Family Camp is a 3-night retreat designed specifically for families. Whether you’re looking to relax, rest, and enjoy the beauty of our property—or pack your days with exciting games and activities—there’s something for everyone.

It’s a meaningful opportunity to connect with other families, explore God’s creation, and grow in your faith together. Throughout the weekend, we gather for worship, prayer, and teaching with one of our fantastic speakers as we refocus our hearts on Jesus and enjoy time together as a family.

Our wonderful staff will be leading all of our activities throughout the weekend. You will be able to drop in and participate in Trail Rides, Archery, Zipline, High Ropes, Climbing Wall, Canoeing, Hatchet Throwing, Survival Skills, Crafts, Paintball & more! Don’t forget about wide games and JUG & JOG for the whole family to participate in.

You can either choose to stay in one of our rustic or modern cabins or you can choose to bring an RV and stay in one of our RV lots. The cabins facilities are heated, have electricity and contain sleeps between 6 and twelve people; each room has 3 sets of bunks, one bed is a double. They do not have running water or a washroom in the cabins. Not to worry though as our washroom facility/shower house is located only a short distance from any cabin.

Camp Evergreen has an excellent kitchen team to provide all meals & snacks throughout the weekend. Please ensure to indicate on your registration form if you have any specific dietary needs and rest assured that our experienced chef will be able to provide the food that’s right for you. At Evergreen we value being able to gather together and connect in the dining hall over meals and the cost for meals is included in your registration. You are welcome to bring your own snacks but please keep in mind that we are a nut-aware facility. Cooking stoves and the like are not permitted to be used inside the cabins.

Accommodations do not include bedding so be sure to bring your sleeping bag/blanket and pillow. You will also want your toiletries along. Bring your Bible and Notebook for our programs. It’s wise to prepare for any weather as it can change pretty quickly around here. Additional items you may want to consider bringing are board games and bikes for our new mountain bike trail! Finally don’t forget to invite your friends to register too!

  • Pets: Please do not bring your pets along with you.

2026 Family Camp Pricing Structure

Pricing Note: Over the past few years we have spent considerable time calculating what it truly costs to run camp. While in the past we have always presented pricing that is already subsidized 30-40% by our donors, we are now shifting into a pricing model that is transparent about what our retreats and family camps cost us. In continuing our mission to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus, we are committed to addressing the financial challenges faced by individuals and families. To ensure accessibility, we are offering four tiered pricing options to accommodate different budgets. The available tiers are as follows:

There is a base charge for accommodations for three nights, please choose an available accommodation:

  • Small Cabin: $150
  • Large Cabin (2 Rooms): $240
    • If you are coming with a family friend and are willing to share a cabin, you can split the cost of the cabin! Simply use code: CabinFriends50
  • Lodge Room: $120
  • RV Site: $90

Then add your family members up:

  • Adult
    • Option A: $350, this price reflects the true cost of camp.
    • Option B: $315, this price relies on donors to make up the 10% subsidy.
    • Option C: $280, this price relies on donors to make up the 20% subsidy.
    • Option D: $245, this price relies on donors to make up the 30% subsidy.
  • Child (5-17)
    • Option A: $260, this price reflects the true cost of camp.
    • Option B: $234, this price relies on donors to make up the 10% subsidy.
    • Option C: $208, this price relies on donors to make up the 20% subsidy.
    • Option D: $182, this price relies on donors to make up the 30% subsidy.
  • Child (0-4) – Free

Payment Plans:  We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to attend camp. We have Payment Plans available. Simply contact our office and create a payment plan that allows you to spread the cost of camp over up to 5 months.
