Our AGM is a celebration! God is so good and we love to take the time to share in the goodness that we’ve experienced in 2023. It’s also where we elect Board Members, pray for our Summer Staff, and spend the afternoon in community during our Work Day! Plus there are camp giveaways, snacks, and supper! Society membership is $20 for the year. Consider joining the Camp Evergreen team!.

At this year’s AGM, we will be discussing a new Bylaw Amendment that we encourage you to read about below.

If you are joining us for the AGM – Registration will start at 9:30 A.M. and the official AGM will begin at 10:00 A.M.

If you are looking to join us just for our Work Day, it will begin at 1:30 P.M. and go until 5:00 P.M.

Lunch and Supper will be provided free of charge.

Child care is available for the AGM and the Work Day.

  • Because we need you! We are a society and therefore, are required to have members. Our members make decisions for the camp at our AGM and are responsible for selecting our Board of Directors, who give strategic leadership for the camp.
  • Because you love and want to support camp. Our members love Camp Evergreen and are invested in supporting the life-changing ministry that is camp. Becoming a member means joining a multi-generational community of people who love Evergreen deep in their bones. Membership does cost $20/year. Those fees go directly into our Campership Aid Fund which helps families financially afford Camp.

There is no work involved other than attending our AGM and voting… unless you would like to be involved – and if that’s the case, there are committee opportunities, volunteer opportunities, and more!

Due to Society Act Rules, you need to be a registered member to vote. And we love our members! So please register as a voter! The membership fee of $20 will go directly toward our Campership Aid Fund which helps families afford camp. Isn’t that awesome? Become a member and send deserving kids to camp!

9:30 A.M. – Registration begins

10:00 A.M. – AGM officially starts

12:30 P.M. – Lunch

1:30-5:00 P.M. – Work Day

5:30 P.M. – Supper
